Delivery costs in Italy are free on orders over €49 and are clearly marked on the order form. UK shipping is free on orders over £ 99 Pounds.
A delivery charge will be applied to any order under €49 or £ 99.

In the case of the express shipping in Italy, the goods will be shipped on the same day as the order if received by 11.00 am and delivered approximately 24/48 hours later (working days).
With standard shipping instead, your order will be shipped within 2 working days and delivered approximately within the next 24/48h and 3-5 days in UK.
Couriers and deliveries
The Products purchased on the Website will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer. Deliveries to P.O. boxes will not be made.
All purchases will be delivered by DHL Corriere Espresso, TNT, FEDEX or BRT. As mentioned in art. 6, cash on delivery (only for Italy) is a special delivery method for which a surcharge of €4.00 is required and must be paid directly into the hands of the courier. With the exception of cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances or other events not attributable to Biella Scarpe spa, the Products shall be delivered within the date indicated in the Product sheet or in the shopping cart procedure if applicable, otherwise it shall be delivered within a maximum period of thirty days from the date of conclusion of the contract. In the event that the Customer uses the forwarding agents appointed by Biella Scarpe spa, the risk of loss of the Products shall be borne exclusively by Biella Scarpe spa, except for the fault and/or responsibility of the forwarding agents themselves, towards whom we reserve the right of recourse. On the other hand, the risk of loss is transferred to the Customer if the latter chooses a courier different from those offered by Biella Scarpe spa. The same risk of loss is also borne by the Customer if the Products are sent back as part of the access of the right of withdrawal (if the Customer is a Consumer), without prejudice to their rights vis-à-vis the carrier responsible for return shipment. If the Customer discovers any damage to the packaging or wrapping at the time of delivery by the carrier/freight forwarder, they must immediately contest the fact by affixing a "reservation" on the delivery receipt, since they are otherwise precluded from any subsequent exception regarding the external characteristics of the goods delivered. A similar reservation shall be made every time the Customer wishes to reserve the right to analyse the product delivered by the carrier/freight forwarder in greater detail, as the Customer is likewise precluded from making subsequent claims if a more detailed examination of the goods delivered reveals that they are damaged due to an act or fact attributable to the carrier/freight forwarder.

*Express purchases for Italy will be handled and shipped the same day if the order is placed before 11 a.m. The average delivery time for the courier is 24/48 hours.
