PRIVACY POLICY WEBSITE REGISTRATION
The data you provide us with when registering on the website and making a subsequent purchase will be processed for the purposes indicated below:
Website registration
On-line purchase and sale on the Biella Scarpe spa website (www.contescarpemoda.co.uk) of footwear/accessories/clothing products and provision of any other services relating to such purchase and sale; participation in the loyalty programme, as per the regulations published in the relevant section of this website. The legal basis is established by the necessity of processing for the purposes of executing the sales contract (art. 6, 1st c., lett. b) GDPR).
Marketing

The processing and elaboration of the data will take place within the European Union by means of manual and computerised tools, with logics strictly related to the above-mentioned purposes, so as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data in compliance with the Italian legislation on privacy.

The data will not be disseminated or transferred to third countries. It is possible that the data may come to the attention of third party service providers qualified as Data Processors, for activities connected with the fulfilment of the purposes indicated above, such as, by way of example but not limited to, banking and financial services, technical and administrative help desk, management of shipping and any product returns.

The data will be stored according to the terms indicated by law for civil and fiscal purposes (as a rule, 10 years). For direct marketing and profiling purposes, the data will be deleted at the end of the retention period of two and one year respectively.

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. GREEN CARD PRIVACY STATEMENT

The protection of your personal data is important to us. For this reason, we undertake to request and record only the data that is strictly necessary for the purposes that we inform you of here. Our company is guided by the principle of transparency and wants you to be fully aware of how your personal data is being processed.
The Green Card
The Green Card is a personal card, which must be shown in our shops in order to be entitled to the discounts, rewards and benefits provided for holders of such a card. With reference to the regulations in force regarding the protection of personal data, the purpose of the data processing is related to the issue, use and management of the Green Card in accordance with the Regulations. In order to issue the Green Card, you must know your personal details (name, surname, date of birth). This information is compulsory and the Green Card cannot be issued without it. Your postal address is necessary so that we can send you any communication from us regarding the Green Card, news about promotional initiatives, discount campaigns and product advertising. Other data relating to your family can be useful for getting to know you better and for addressing targeted advertising and personalised and individual offers, for example, on your birthday. This information is not compulsory and no consequences can arise from not completing this part of the application.
Legal basis for data processing
The mere issuing of the Green Card does not require your consent, as the legal basis for the processing is our need to fulfil our obligations under the Green Card Regulation (Art. 6 letter b) GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation).

The personal data you give us may also be used if you ask us for after-sales services, such as repairs or replacements under warranty.

We do not need your consent to send you promotions, information about special initiatives, advertising material by ordinary or electronic mail, as the legal basis is the legitimate interest of our company to carry out direct marketing activities (art. 6 letter f) and cons. 47 RGPD). You have the right to reject these purposes at any time, as better specified below (Rights).

On the other hand, your consent is the legal basis for the storage of data relating to your purchasing preferences (so-called Profiling), so that we can send you offers tailored to your tastes or needs (art. 6 letter a). Your consent may be revoked at any time, as better specified below (Rights).

Personal data will be stored according to the terms indicated by law for civil, administrative and fiscal purposes (generally 10 years). For the other purposes indicated above, in relation to the duration of the loyalty programme validity and in any case for the time strictly necessary to pursue the purposes. Purchase data for profiling purposes will be made anonymous and used for statistical and/or management purposes two years after registration.
GENERAL INFORMATION
The above information complies with the obligations of Article 13 of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data.
