CONTE' protects the Amazon forest

Conte' supports the Standing Forests of LifeGate project by contributing to the protection of 65,000 square meters of Amazon forest for a year.
Safeguarding the Amazon forest, the green lung of the world, is at the heart of the activity promoted by LifeGate, a benefit company and point of reference in Italy for sustainability issues, in collaboration with the non-profit organizations ICEI and AVIVE. This initiative aims to preserve 560 hectares of the largest green area on the planet that Brazil has given in concession to 27 families of the San Pedro community to fight deforestation, arson, illegal hunting and other crimes environmental.
Through awareness raising and education, the project promotes sustainable forest management programs and the use of sustainable forest products contributing to the conservation of forests for future generations.
